If you are happy with the experience, we meet a few days later to review your results and start your journey to better health with a personalized and evidence-based workout, designed to your body, goals and abilities. I can also provide some lifestyle tips to help you meet those goals, if you wish.

I’m a huge believer in cardiovascular fitness – the science is conclusive and says everyone should do at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, of ANYTHING. Walking, running, swimming, skating, dancing, biking or hiking. I don’t care. Neither does your body.

If you run or cycle or want to start, I can teach you some fun and effective training techniques – on roads or trails. Want to race? We can get a training program together that will get you across the finish line, healthy and in a good time.
Haven't exercised in years? Fear not. I have six years of experience, and training in helping seniors to safely and enjoyably improve their strength and fitness.
I come to you. If you have a home gym, great. If not, I'll arrive at your east Toronto door equipped with a variety of cool tools including Powerblock dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, weighted vests, Therabands, PTP bands, TRX straps, skipping rope and sandbags to make you stronger and more resilient.
