Doctors now say mom was right. Health does come down to three scientifically-proven BASICS:
1) EAT - try to include a variety of minimally-processed foods in your diet, including vegetables and fruit. And enjoy the eating.
2) SLEEP – seven to nine hours a night is great for adults.
3) MOVE - regularly. It doesn’t matter how or how fast – walk, run, ride, swim, dance – whatever makes you happy. And for us older adults, it really helps to lift weights twice a week.
This is BASIC-TRAINING.

I'm proof that it can be done and it can be fun.
I can help guide you through it.
